Pros:	the most brightest non HID bulbs around
Cons:	very pricey

the bulbs are brighter than extreme white+, philips vision, hella, GE night hawk, mtec, and silverstar. the price tag is very high for light bulbs. the vision is increased, but during the rain is a different story as it's not a true HID. 4700K is very high for a halogen light bulbs, and it's only avaliable through ebay only at this time...
