Pros:	Fitment, Price
Cons:	Doesn't fully cover engine

This piece fits perfect, as it's made by TRD. It's simple to install and costs about half of other carbon fiber engine covers. The cons are: it doesn't fully cover the engine like the stock cover (as you can see in the pics).

Overall, I'm very satisfied with it.

Pros:	Carbon Fiber (duh!) High quality, perfect fitment, easy installation.
Cons:	None..unless you hate carbon fiber.

Install takes 5 minutes using the bolts and washers provided with this engine cover. As Evan stated, it leaves a bit more of the engine exposed, which I think looks good. It is an excellent "show quality" piece and worth the $$$.

I love the way this piece looks and hella cheaper then the IPT one!!!
