i know i read a thread on here once about how to clean your MAFS, but i can't find it for the life of me. i thought it said to use non-chlorinated brake cleaner, but i am scared to use it w/o double checking b/c i know how powerful brake cleaner is, and i'm real scared it's gonna F up my MAFS. anybody help me out wiht some tips? thanks

Use Carburetor & Throttle Body Cleaner" (A cleaner that will not attack plastic or leave a residue on the wires).

i justed used some alcohol and a q tip. and it DOES NOT damage it. I dont have any probs

I used non-lubricated electronics cleaner that I picked up at Radio Shack & a Q-Tip. thumbsup

cool beans, i was gonna clean my throttle body tommorow anyways, so now i can just clean my MAFS while i am at it. thanks thumbsup

If you clean your throttle body, take it off the engine so no cleaner residue gets into the engine. Just be safe with it thumbsup
