Alright, to cap off my string of bad fucking luck, i was on my way home from a ski trip today, with a white toyota sequoia riding my ass. The road to my apartment has a 90 dgree corner at the bottom of a hill, and the orads were slick with fresh snow, so I slowed down to about 5 mph to take the corner safely. Well, this wasn't good for the fucker behind me, so he bumps into the back of my car and PUSHES me into the fucking curb! He then sped around me and vanished (flipping me off as he passed). To make a long story short, one of my rims is fucked up, and my fucking passenger side a-arm is bend, so my wheel is sitting about 2 inches farther back in the well than it's supposed to (measured it, it is alomst exactly 2" off from the driver's side). I'm fucked, i'm just going to sell my fucking cursed celica, and find something that people aren't going to go out of their way to fuck up. This is the FOURTH time someone has jacked up my car this bad! So, my car moves, but I am going to have to put some serous $$ into fixing the front suspension before I can do anything else. Words cannot express how pissed i am. OH, and to top it off, the cop who took the report wrote ME a wreckless driving ticket, and told me "i'm lucky he's not taking me to jail for wreckless endangerment"! I couldn't believe it! AGAIN then Casper, Wyoming police department FUCKS me over!

Ok, i'm done ranting, i'm going to go crawl into a bottle of gin for the next week or so...

I've been hoping things would get better since I got the crap beaten out of me on the offramp, but it doesn't look like it's in the cards. I'm just going to get rid of my celica, and maybe then things will get better because I won't be targeted by anyone. I'm going to buy a piece of crap old Chevy something so that I blend in with the rest of my piece of shit town. I did give the the cop a license plate #, but he told me there wasn't much he could do, and that he would look into it anyway. He also told me that there was "no way that someone my age with a car like mine was driving carefully, and as far as he was concerned, i was lying to try to get myself out of a ticket"

definately get someone at the department of motor vehicles (or some autorities who can) look into that license plate #. if it did damage to your car, then it had to at least do some damage to the sequia. get it checked out..even if they removed all the evidence they still have to have an alibi for what they were doing that night at that time. if they do not have an adequate alibi, then they are considerred a suspect.

they didn't hit me hard enough to damage my car, it was them pushing me into the curb that damaged my car, the rear bumper doesn't even have any scuffed paint, so i doubt that anything happened to their car

ouch, that sucks bro they still have to have an alibi though. i'm sure they can make up something..but its harder than what you think to make up an accurate alibi. worth looking into, imo. make sure authorities check it out.

believe me, i didn't just roll over and take what the cop was telling me, i got so fucking beligerant that he threatened to arrest me for harrasing an officer. I was throwing a fucking fit. OMG! I would seriously talk to a lawyer about suing the Sequoia driver & the police department. They're not even helping you out, so what good are they? Talk to the local news & get some publicity, that'll get the police department in trouble & get you the help that you deserve.

If you get rid of the Celi that's telling those assh*oles that you're giving up & they win This kind of crap happens to a lot of people. A while back I was driving down a four lane road & it was around 9PM & there wasn't that much traffic. I'm 40 MPH in a 40 MPH listening to some music, minding my own business when out of nowhere this dumbass in a white Expedition pulls out right in front of me from a shopping center. I slammed on my brakes, in order not to run into him, and came to almost a complete stop. I see the guy stick his arm out of his window & wave, so by this time I'm already pissed off, so I take after him & I put on my high beams and chace him for 5mins, after the guy saw that I was following him I could see that he was starting to freak out. He started taking turns are high speed & I could hear his tires squeeling I follow him into a round about and instead of the guy going right, like you should do, he goes left in the wrong direction & almost hits the curb. I dunno why but this brought a huge grin on my face. So I decided that I had tought him a lesson so I go around the round about & head home. SOB thought that just 'cuz he's driving a suv & I'm in my celi that he's gonna push me around. Hell no!

Thats BS...they can totally track that person down with their license plate #. A while ago one of my friends was driving and some "ricer" was trying to look "bad ass" so he sped by my friend so fast and close, he took off his drivers side mirror. They got the guy license plate # and called the cops, and few hours later the cops found the guys that did this and made them pay...

It's gonna cost me about $200.00 and i don't know how much time to fix this, my right control arm is bent pretty bad (i hope that's all that's bent) I'm out for blood on this one though, i put in a cal to my local tv station (who basically told me to fuck off) and i'm going to write a letter to the editor tomorrow. If i can't do anything legally, i have a friend that works at the DMV, who can get me any info i want on the owner of the sequoia (including SSN!) It's on, i'm fucking pissed and sick of taking people's shit...

Well the imports get broken up like every 20 seconds, and then I drove a cavalier, so it was pretty easy to sneak over to watch the v8s race. They were like 2 streets apart from each other. As im going down the road i seen that im following a des moines cop. I'm new to these forums. I'm also a waiter and yes, the public is generally a bunch of assholes who couldn't give less of a crap about you or your prize posession (your Celica of course), but if you chased this guy down after he cut you off and waved b/c he probably didn't see you in your tiny ass celica,( more likely b/c he was talkin on his f'n cellphone) how are you any different from the guy who bumped blue into the curb? Shitty stuff happens to people all of the time, I just get in my GTS and get over it, best therapy there is! BTW Blue, it ain't the car thats givin you bad luck, sounds like it's your surroundings, I'd get the f out ASAP b4 it gets any worse.

1. Get a new lawyer. If he is going to "look into it" then he isn't going to do shit.

2. Find out where the guy lives, and give his name to your new lawyer. Leaving the scene of an accident is a crime, and if you can, take pictures of the guy's car and see if there is any blue paint on it or something.

3. File a complaint against the officer that took your report, and take pictures of the damage to your car, and especially if there is any damage to your bumper from contact with the other car.

4. Go to the guy's house and fuck his car up. I mean royally.

I know this is a little late but I wanted to mention this...


One of my co-worker's car was hit in the parking lot. The guy left a note on her car with his supposed tag # on it. Well, some guy was watching what the driver did and wrote down the real tag # and placed it on her windshield. There was $900 dollars damaged on her car and instead of contacting the cops and have them track this person down to pay for the damage, she is going to hire a private investigator. The private investigator will find out all of the driver information and then contact the insurance company. I don't know if this is something you would want to do, but just a thought...
