I would go for the port and Polish. But thats just me. After seeing the gains from an exhaust system, I bet you could get more out of a P&P. But the thing with a P&P job, they have to take the motor apart, so if you want to do other internal work, now is the right time. I nebver got the P&P cause I want to do everything at the same time, I'm weird like that. If you could save up and get both (P&P and exhaust) at the same time, because you will probably get better results with the exhaust after the P&P. Hope that helps you out.
