HKS do not make turbo kit for the celica, however they do sell great turbo. Those turbo you wrote is probably ball bearing turbo, it is probably ceramic ball bearing turbo too. With ceramic ball bearing it will not expand or contract like metal ball bearing which means less likely to break down.
