I believe that there is a group buy for these things, but some guy makes them from a mold and charges 1000+ for em. You can get the same look with some vinyls.

on the topic of headlights... TYC makes black headlamps for the Camry!! they should do that for the celica...but then, i heard that the new TRD celica comes with color coded headlamps?? if so, that would be awesome!

Yeah, TYC is giving us the shaft.  But that would be awesome if trd made some that weren't thousands of dollars
