My engine light came on after it had iced over for 3 days. The car runs fine, but the light is still on. Has anyone had a similar problem? How do I check the ECU code? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

why not reset the ECU by removing the ground wiring of the battery?

Thanks all. I reset the ECU, and the engine light has yet to come back on. I'm wondering if I could find an OBD2 scanner . . . my brother's ASE certified . . .
