busted up my passenger side side skirt real abd tonight, im pretty sure its not gonna be able to just resand and re paint. its cracked in a few places and the back of it is just hanging from the car. im soo pissed. hit a curb and it went under the car. anyway first i need to figure out whether it is a replica or genuine veilside side skirt. i dont know because i bought the car with the kit on it. how can i tell? i also need a reputable place to buy a new one. can i buy just one? that would save me some cash if i can. i also need a real quick place to ship it to me cause its my everyday driver. any help would be great.

Check Group buy/sell Click here!
Check e-bay,check E-celica store...Not sure if you can find just one side skirt but you can get two of them around $100-200 (replica) and $450 real. wave
P.S.And if you bought your celica w/o fog lights..most likely VS kit you have is replica. In most situations VS replica kit will not fit if you live the fogs...

i just went out to check and i dont have fogs but it looks like the would fit in there anyway. im thinking the guy took em off anyway. i had a little peice chipped on the back and it looks like it has the layer of paint and then a layer of metal and then a layer of fiber glass. im thinkin this is authentic. im tryin to find the cheapest place now for the sideskirts. if i have all authentic veilside and i order a replica for that one side im wonderin if it will look off. my dad is goin with the possibility of him refiberglassin it and sanding it down. this would be the cheapest way to go. although if the damage is too bad we will have to scrap it and buy a new one. i just hope i can get one and pay like 200 rather than 450 for two.

Try this send e-mail to this guy Stuffauto@yaho.com his name is Aaron.I bought my VS replica kit from him.E-mail him and ask him to put on e-bay VS side skirts for you.Or even ask if he would sell just one side skirt to you.
And i'm sure he will not charge you more than $200...

Sorry to hear about your mishap. frown The kit on your car is authentic Veilside kit that I fared and fitted with the carbon fiber front diffuser and rear infill panel for the last owner of your car. I have one of these side skirts if you need it. It will set you back $225 for just the skirt or $350 if you want it fitted precisely like the rest of your kit. Let me know if youre interested. thumbsup
