Sparcos...Help!
Hey everyone, I'm new to this site, and I'm gettin' a brand new Celica tomorrow. I was wondering where I can find new sparcos for a good price on the web. I really like the torinos. Also, if you have any other ideas on what I can do to my new ride, please post...I have about $6,000 to spend! I'll post pics of everything when I get the car, as well as the digital camera...Later!

Bryan

for $6,000 you can do LOTS of stuff. since you have a gt model celica i'd go more for 'show' rather than 'go' so i won't list very many performance parts outside of i/e/h (Intake/exhaust/header)

1. sparco torino $1,200 ($600 X 2 = $1,200)
2. wings west body kit $550
3. vis invader Hood $500
4. wings west spoiler $300
5. black widow II fender flares $330
6. Injen shortram $200
7. TRD exhaust $450
8. hotshot header $350
9. AEM tru power pulley $80
10.apr flex control bar $150
11.tein super street coilovers $1,000
12.10" woofers (2) $300
13.6.5" component speakers (4) $300
14. amp $300

this is my opinion of what i would do if i had your car and 6k to spend. good luck and happy modding thumbsup

if you get sparco seats you also need to get sliders and brackets.

Go to www.trdsource.com . They have the TRD exhaust for $469.99 (regular), and $499.99 for the extended! That's the cheapest I've found it so far...Hope it helps!

I hear its a bad idea to do the pulley if you have lots of electronics, including a system. Is this true?

sorry for the $450 quote i gave you...but you can get the TRD gt exhaust here for about $500:
trdextreme.com: toyota celica trd accessories & parts

the exhausts are at about the beginning of the end (if you can follow that)...so scroll down a little bit.

i've heard that also, but i'm not sure as to how much of that is true. the pulley does subract some power i think..but i don't think it's all that much. you should be able to run fine with the rest of your electronics. get capacitors if you're really worried about it.
