Alright you guys, let me hear how you would cancel understeer, aka push. I know our FF cars suffer from pushing at the limit and with the stock suspension. thanks in advance

I was thinking 225/50R15 in the front and 205/50R15 in the rear

i would use 225/50/16, or 225/40/17. I don't think that I would decrease the overall wheel diametre though...

hey steven i watched the battle video again and tsuchiya had on 195 in the rear. also a stiffer rear sway bar might help if combined with a thinner rear tire, more oversteer to balance out the understeer.

I have heard of autocrossers drilling an extra set of holes at the end of the swaybars to mount the end links on to help balance the car a little. The Stillen bar for my old Altima came that way. You could also use poly bushings if you aren't already, or if you are, swap the stock rubber ones back in in the front for a litte more bite. You could also play with tire pressures. Overinflate the rears and underinflate the fronts just a bit (not much) and you might see a difference.

There are many ways to counteract the understeer. A larger rear ant-roll bar, tire selection and pressure differences front and rear, suspension and camber differences. I can't go into detail about this now sorry.

U just have to experiment with your driving style and the said above. It's a lot to experiment with, but I'm sure the right combo will come to U.

The answer is simple Steven learn your car's charecteristic's as it is before you throw part's at it aka seat time, Assuming that your under power in the turn just feather back on the throttle to eliminate wheel spin and the push. I've never gotten a push or understeer in a corner when going in with no power, Actually I got the opposite the rear came around. If your coming in too hot to the turn and brake late it will also cause a push scenario especially if you try to get the thing to turn when the tire bite is already gone from the hard braking.

yea I've noticed that too. I've noticed that if you brake early so that you're off the brakes a tad before you enter the entry, then you wont experience pushing until the VERY limit of the car's traction.

I learned a very important lesson at the last auto-x and it was all about drivin in and brakin way too deep it was enlightening to say the least.
