sup guys! after installing my AEM CAI, i cant feel the lift anymore when the car reaches 6000rpm..or maybe it's just me, i dont know..pls help confused

If you are not sure that the VVT-i or the VVT-L works, unplug them and try your car without them. There must be a serious power loss.
Anyway, I don`t think you have any problem with it, just your engine became smoother.

hMm...iono about that where the egine became smoother...good idea tho..but our vvtli lift systems kicks hard..if mine were not felt, i would definately dink twice before doing n e ding else with it.=P

Yeah definitely the lift does kick hard...but then again i dont have a CAI so i dont know if the engine would be smoother...lol...

well, after a week with my AEM installed, i felt the lift again..maybe the ECU was adjusting to the CAI..im not really sure but im just glad the lift is back grin

Lift is VERY audibly distinct with just a CAI. smile
