AMSS headers

Does anybody know if you need the downpipe for these to work?
And Does anybody know the stats on these, like diameter, is it 4-2-1? just wondering somebody was selling them for real cheap so I thought I would pick them up... I have a custom cat back
what do you think?
any help would be appreciated!

I do not recommend this setup. I have never heard anything good about amss. Maybe someone who has had good results will post, but I wouldn't get it.

Why is it not good?
I always thought that headers would give me
less restriction and maybe even more horse.
I don't know this guy in the group buy section
said he is selling them for 150 so I thought that was a great deal. Thanks for your input. I can always go with something different for horse.

If you do a search, you will find most posts are not good about the amss setup. I've heard that you can even lose power. I do not know first hand, but others do.
I recommend Hotshot (for GT), Trial or TRD (for GTS), keep your original dp (or custom), and custom the rest.
You don't have to go by only what I say. Just run a search and see what you find out.
