Just wanted to show everyone a new product for our Celica that's made by Stafford Fabrication. SF now has a billet aluminum fuel rail for the 1ZZ and 2ZZ powerplant. Here is a quote from Mike Stafford about the advantages of this mod.

" this fuel rail was designed with forced indution and no2 in mind.

the celica has a non-returnline fuel system so there is no presure/vacume refrance for fuel pressure ,so for every pound of boost you lose a pound of fuel pressure.it also has the fuel feed line at one end of the rail.this cuases a fuel presure drop on injectors at the far end of the rail due to the injector pulse , the factory rail also recesses the injector into the rail which causes additional abstruction to the fuel flow

this new fuelrail returnline capability for those using forced induction w/larger injectors and engine management. this rail is 1/2 inside diameter and it is directly over the injector eliminating any absturction of fuel flow. it also has a center feed fuel line so no injector is ever starved of fuel.
when using no2 you have to take fuel from the feed line this reduces the avalible fuel for the injectors, couple that with the restictions and small feed line at one end of thefactory rail and you've got a lean condition in cylinder 4 .this rail has an 1/8 inch gauge port in the middle of the rail which can be used as a no2 fuel supply .and because it is a center feed w/ more avalible fuel for injectors you can rest easy knowing you only have to tune the no2 because the injectors will continue to deliver fuel consistantly.

There is currently a group buy in progress on these so check it out on the GB forum of this site.

The fuel rail is not going to be packaged together with the turbo kit. It is an option because the fuel rail is not neccesary for the fuel system on the SF Turbo Kit. It is, however, a nice option to go with. The fuel rail is highly recommended for those who get his "tuner" kit which does not include his fuel system.
