Damned A/F Gauge!

I finally get it hooked up, and it wont stay in one place!! It keeps flucuating everytime I hit the gas...Ive never had one of these before. Is that right? Or should I reset the ECU now or what...?

If you get the S-afc, you can use the airfuel gauge to help you tune it. I had that before my turbo. they look tight as fuck also.

A/F gauges, like the one you have, are supposed to fluctuate like you have described.

It fluctuates because your variable valve timing engine is constantly adjusting and recalculating to allow your engine to run most efficiently in a given circumstance. Not to be a dick but why did you get it if you didn't understand that??

Truly accurate A/F gauges come with their own wideband O2 sensor. If not, it will fluctuate aimlessly like you described when attached to the stock narrow-band sensors.
