hey guys, thought i'd try and give a little back after asking 10000 questions on how to install my subs. i had a pretty bad rattle problem, but as isaac has noted in several forums, the felt sticky tabs worked great. i put 2 on each side of my handle, and then wedged one up in between where the handle moves and the back of the car. i also put several on the back of my license plate, and one right next to the latch on my gas cap. i still had some rattling coming from my tail lights, and spare area, so i took a couple towls and wrapped them around the spare jack and stuffed the area behind the tail lights with a couple more. i then stuffed an old crappy blanket in the spare tire area around and over the tire. this pretty much stopped all the rattling except a little from the rear view mirrors, and the side mirrors. total cost: $1.39, plus an old blanket and 3 towels, a lot cheaper than dynamat!

those are good, extremely common sense ways to solving some of the most annyoing problems. two thumbs up thumbsup thumbsup

the fact that you spent less than $2 is also the biggest compliment you could give yourself.

the celica naturally rattles a lot. even toyota took note of this when the produced these tsb's (technical service bulletins):

ecelica.com: tsb: loose door handle
ecelic.com: tsb: various rattle noise solutions , and
ecelica.com: tsb: various rattle noise solutions warranty information
