my friends in Cali said progressive springs is the way to go, and coilover is a no-no. They said that coilover has the tendency to get stuck if you go through a bump (something like that). and they said everyone used progressive, since is durable and the ride is smooth. They said Eibach isn't that great. I need input on which to buy, 'cause i'm in Cali right now and looking forward to buying it!

I think the most of the springs are nearly equal. You can choose one from of how much drop you need.
Adjustable shocks may be essential for real sports driving, just my opinion.

progressive are nice. they are very stiff and you're ride quality will be decreased. they will also wear out your shocks but that is the case w/ most lowering springs (w/ the exception of TRD and eibach prokit)

Yea i have progressive and they are very nice but. It sits really good. but yea its true my shocks when to hell and back. your ride qulity will be decressed.
