i have ground control coil-overs and they have been great so far but they are bouncy, also i got the new ones with the hex screw for raising and lowering with one hand instead of the two wrenches but when i was lowering my car i thought to myself what if the screws strip? but im just going to be careful i guess...hope this helps

my friend has the skunks on an 03 spec v nissan. If this helps at all! Hes taking them off to buy Tein springs. He hates the coilovers, very rough and very noisy!! This may be a different problem, but just a thought

if you wnat coil overs get real coilovers nto sleeves other wise get springs. jamey will tell you all about it he flew overe some brifges because of the coilover sleeves being tooo bouncy.
pesronally i am the type that wants it done right thats why if i get coilovers tehy will be real coilovesr.
