Will this work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2454504118&category=33591
I'd like to stiffen up the car, especially the rear, but i don't want to cut my plastics like the trd rear strut bar does.

Looks next to useless honestly, it seems to be set really far back too...I wouldn't if I were you. Maybe if it was cheaper I'd say try it, but you could get a nice one for just a lil more.

alright, didn't think it would work, just wondered though. Is there a rear strut bar you can install without cutting plastics?

don't think so, you can't get to the rear without cutting or removing the plastics.

Nope cause all the suspension towers/car frame is behind the plastics, If you take out the little catch tray in your trunk you may be able to squeeze a real bar in with minimal cutting however...

Well you'd probably feel more from a front bar, but I'm sure there would be a noticable dif. However, unless you are into track racing I don't think that the back bar is NECESSARY really. It will improve stability but if you aren't lowering it or anything else or are only concerned with street control. You will prolly be fine with just the front bar. Do you have a front bar?

i don't have a front bar yet, I just put on trd springs and struts. They handle well, i was able to take a turn today that was labled 40mph at 80mph, smooth and i probably could have taken it faster. I'd like to have my suspension done right, i don't want to have to cut my rear plastics or pay way too much. I did the install of the struts and spring myself, wasn't too bad just took a while. I'd love to do sway bars but from reading up on the installs, it looks like i'd spend forever on the front sway bar.
