yup. a 12" produces some reall low lows...and plus since the celica is a hatchback it'll sound better than it would with a typical trunk thumbsup

the wider in diameter you go with a sub, the lower the lows. what i mean is: if you have 1 12" sub, you will be able to produce lower lows than having 2 10" subs (but the 2 10" subs will produce the lows that they DO HAVE, louder than 1 12")

think of it this way:

1. the wider the diameter of the sub, the lower the lows (1 12" sub > any 10" sub, so you will have lower lows with the 12")
2. the more overall diameter of your entire system..the louder the lows (2 10" = 20" and 1 12" obviously = 12". and 20" > 12" so the 2 10s will be louder)

edit--this is a rule of thumb, of course..different subs will pound in different ways and some 10s are made better than other 10s and same with 12s...but overall you can use this as a judge of lows vs highs vs loudness thumbsup
