need help pleaseeeee

I have the celica 2002 GT with the action package. My car did'nt come with any fogs... i pulled out the bumper today and installed a new fog lights i bought from a local auto store. I need help wiring them, i found some wire harness if that whats you guys call it. I believe its for the original toyota fog lights. The wire are green with red stripes and white with black stripes with a male plug at the end for the factory fogs to connect i guess. I NOT SURE IF THOSE WIRES ARE FOR FOGS...HOPING ANYBODY KNOWS. Now, what do i do to make my new fogs work... just plug them or any instructions guys? THANKS confused
