looks legit. Make sure and check his feedback rating, since he has 98% it's most likely legit. Check all of the reviews he's had from buyers, and even send him a message if you want some more info.

370 doesn't seem that bad for shocks
and its located in idustry hills so i
can probably pick it up if they allow
it.

if you can pick it up just email him and ask...he's probably got more than one sinse he's a power seller. then you can check when you get there.

I've never had any trouble with ebay. Just check their feedback rating, I never buy from anyone that has 95% or lower. Just do that and you should be fine.
