I'm sure you're all aware of the trouble I've had with my interior project. SO i go to toyota today to get my fuel tank checked out cause of a recall. I mention the O/D button while I'm there, say, "Gee I dunno what's going on with it" guess what? Fixed under warrenty! Hell yes! In addition, I also finally got the real s2000 antenna so no more cheap dildo one. Perhaps I should sell it on ebay...now do I file under sex toys or automotive...

rofl Glad it worked out for you. s2000 antenna looks good! cool

Did your fuel tank have to get replaced? Mine did last week.. sucked, but they got it done in about 3 hours.

I even weaseled a loaner car out of them grin

hey i took in my celica because of the recall also.
i recieved a notice in the mail and i went for the
check up. they said they couldn't fix it, even though
i didn't know something was wrong. they ordered a
new fuel tank and replaced it for me a week later.
the charges for labor and parts, and everything else
was covered by the warrenty also thumbsup

Lucky!

Those bastards didn't put any fuel back in mine. I took it in with 2 or 3 bars. I got it back with FUMES. I didn't even have one bar on the fuel gauge.. how cheap can you get? angry

It only applies to certain 2002 and 2003 Celicas. If this applies to you, you should (if you haven't already) receive a notice in the mail. If not, you can call your local dealer and give them your VIN; they will look it up in the computer and let you know if your car needs to be inspected. After inspection, if a faulty valve is found, they have to replace your entire fuel tank.

Me neither... only thing that needs inspection are my windshield washers as they do not spray anything out when I pull the lever to do so. HAH! RECALL!!!

if you want higher bids, put it under dildo. and you can maybe write "used by jenna jameson" on it. give it a try and let us know wave
