Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Finally giving into some mods

So yeah... I could only hold out so long before I dumped some more cash into my car.

Ordered Rockford Fosgate 6 1/2" speakers for my rear tonight, and am about to order components for up front.

Also going to the dealer tomorrow to order TRD lowering springs for the car. Figure that it's one of the cheaper ways to make the car look a little bit different from all the Celi's around here.

Lastly, ordering the white side-markers from the site here. Eventually gonna go MTEC, so that'll match well.

how much does the Trd springs cost at the dealers??

you could probably go to a website instead of your dealer, maybe save some dinero.

I'm not sure... I think I saw springs for around $170 from the official TRD site? If the dealer is much more than the suggested retail from that site, I'll just say forget it and hit the web for them. My main concern is the factory warranty if I buy them from an outside source and then have the dealer install them.

I'll be sure to post pix when everything is done. I like the photoshop job I did on my profile pic so much that I almost want to get one of those decals made too
