Does TRD make only one set of springs? Eibach has a 1.8" and 2.4" drop, and TRD is not close to that. What about the stock shock, does it have to be replaced? Will there be any rubbing or hitting with 18x7.5 or 18x8 wheels?

Has anyone ever purchased the GroundControl coilover kit. Does it come with everything you need, but the camber kit? Might be a dumb question, but does all the coilover kits come with spring and shock? Then is it the camber kit that has to be replaced sometime down the line, or can you be set with coilover and be able to drop you car to a desired height and raise it when you want? This seems to get more confusing the more I read about it. Does everyone go with springs only and not pay the extra $ for a coilover kit, what the fuck? Everyone has TRD springs and sway bars.

most people purchase springs because it is cheaper than REAL coilover kits. yes a real coilover kit includes the spring, perch, sleave, and shocks/struts. However most coilover kits you see are coilover sleeves and only include the spring/perch/sleeve.

i've heard that the groundcontrol bottoms out and cracks the top of the sleeve. if you slam your ride(which is usually the case w/ coilovers) then you will most defintely need a camber kit to keep your tires from balding unevenly and too fast.

coilovers allow adjustment whenever you want (which is the good part). if you decide on purchasing the groundcontrol coilover sleeve kit, get some aftermarket shocks also because you're gonna blow out your stock shocks.
