Around what max RPM the 00 GT can reach before the engine shots off? Does anyone knows? (Max RPM)

i've shifted at about 6900 before give or take 50 rpms.

From what I remember 7200 is where the engine management takes a grip.

around there... 7200-7350.
a 1000rpm less of the gts's limit
