Ok so I'm taking off my automatic shifter to get at the bottom plastic piece to paint it. Now I unscrew the screws in the front of the shifter, pop out the OD button, now I have to remove the OD buttom assembly to get the shifter off, so I pry out the back plastic piece and the spring goes flyin out. I get the spring and the plastic piece, because clearly this OD assembly isn't coming off till I have more info and I go to put it all back together. I can't get the shit together!! The front part always falls in first, did another piece go flying off that I missed? How can I fix my O/D button? HELP HELP

Ok guys seriously, anyone got any ideas for me, I have to go to Toyo in the morn anyways but who knows how much a new O/D button is gunna run. Actually there's a second question, if you don't know how to fix it perhaps you know the part cost.
