thats because there are so few of them. there are some good celicas out there, though.

turbo did a cover feature of a red xs engineering turbo celica

import tuner did a cover feature of the apr gt300 celica

and then there are a few power pages and smaller articles of the celicas littered throughout the import mags...but you are right...not a lot of coverage.

so far, hotchkis has the only true 300 hp (other than full drag race, of course and the apr gt300 barely makes over 200 and xs isn't as reliable) 2zz engine. the article brings back hope to celica owners. so far, hotchkis suspension has pretty much outperformed the competition and now he's attempting to produce an engine that stays faithful to the specialized engine. move over acura & honda. thumbsup

lol its funny how you say the aprt gt300 celica hardly produces over 200 bhp. its called the gt"300" for a reason and that reason is because it was made to compete in the gt300 class of vehicles (which obviously consists of 300 whp cars). it's also funny that you say 'xs isn't reliable' because the apr gt300 celica uses the blitz supercharger (among other mods).

if you want more info, you can link to import tuner (who did a feature article on it) http://www.importtuner.com/features/0305it_gt300celica/index.html
