Yup that person simply replaced his LEDs befind the panel. You can get the LEDs elsewhere on this site. You gotta be real good with sodering though.

doin the led swap doesn't change the numbers blue. just the gas/temp gauge. in order for the numbers to change, you have to remove the orange layer within the gauges themselves. it's very tedious and a pain in the ass!!!
