Does anyone have any instructions on how to install the trial headers? and where can i get them?

You can buy it directly from Trial [ trial.co.jp] or Intense Motorsports [ i-m-racing.com] . I'd say take to a shop and have 'em install it.

yea id get a shop to do it...it be a bitch to install urself...if you dont have any experince...u might but still be hard

yea id get a shop to do it...it be a bitch to install urself...if you dont have any experince...u might but still be hard i would probably too. although it is a bolt-on, this is one of the most difficult bolt-ons to do. (and being a single piece doesnt always help).
