i have someone that can get me a generic short shifter because i was thinking of getting the twn one. he says it works the same but i'm not sure. is the quality the same and does it really work the same or should i just go for the brand names?

I bought revo-technica. short too, install is easy. everything comes with it.
no idea how it compares to the other 3 SS's
