if all of them are flashing, then it must be something that is common to all of them! the only thing i can think of is the sensor thats on the dash that turns the lights on when its dark, maybe that sensor or the relay that the wires from that sensor go to is malfunctioning or the wires are shorting.when the lights blink do you hear a relay clicking like when you turn the car on at night?

sorry bout that, you wouldnt be able to hear the clicking noise because you would be outside the car noticing the lights blinking! you cant be both inside to here the clicking and be outside to notice when the lights are blinking!the only thing i can tell you is lie on you back under the dash, with a flashlight and put your right hand up towards where that red sensor is on your dash and check to see if the two wires attached to it is broken or shorting on the metal steering column or something. or you can check out the relay that actually turns the lights on.
ps:this might sound like a strange question, but check to see if your airbag light in your dash comes on and goes off after you start the car.the reason is,this one guy had a problem with his foglights coming on when the car is parked(not flashing) and the lights doing strange things, when we fixed the problem, which was those same two wires that were broken(i dont know if they were shorting on each other,or each idividual one shorting on the metal on the coloumn to cause what ever specific problem)but i do know that they were reattached and the problem was gone and the guy came back to me and says,my air bag light is now coming on and going off when i start the car! and i said thats what its supposed to do!he was like it didnt use to do that!strange!
remenber these are only speculations as to your problem, and i'm pretty sure there are people on this site who can offer more insite as to what the problem is. good luck!
