You have to drill out the rivet's.

P.S. I did not really take a good look at it I.just have some idea of customasing it.

you can't put it back unless you got a whole new one.

You can reinstall it by just getting some new rivet's.

yea, sorry, the whole new part meant to whole new rivets, not door. I need to be more specific. spineyes

You have to give yourself more credit. If you can install KYB's and springs with just a couple of jacks then I think you could do the fuel door in your sleep. look here

easy install, 15 minutes.
make sure you have a rivet gun and drill handy though.

Yes, you have to have both tools, but it should be pretty easy to do on your own.
