Hmmm, since we need High temp paint for engine plastics, im wondering if those high temp paint will stick well on the mud guard?

i dont want to spend another bottle to buy regular paint...will the High temp paint work??

hmm...i dont know wut material it is...it looks like the same material as the side skirts..
they are the grey mud guards from Toyota dealer...

guess i cant paint them eh?

now body shop will be expansive...that's why im thinking of painting myself

the material is probably just like urethane...in that case you need a flexible paint...i dont think you can do that urself?

oh well, i will try it maybe this week and post up for you guys about how it goes (like will chip or paint will fall off...ect..) there has to be some tester eh? which i think will be me this time.. grin grin

Yea it will chip off...cause the material is flexible and the paint isn't

But if you wanna try go right ahead grin i already know what it will do tongue

Check around at auto parts stores, and paint stores. You should be able to find a line of flexible-when-dry spray paints. Your best bet is to find a DuPont store, but some auto supply shops also carry DuPont products. Either one should be able to match your car's color if that's what you choose to do. Be sure that you use a good primer though, or you won't get good results from any paint. If you can't find a flexible primer that is specifically designed for plastic, go to Wal-Mart and get some Krylon Fusion. I don't recommend the Fusion for your color coat, but it works really well as a primer.
