What do tweeters do? Like how do they affect your sound?

They produce the highs.

Yeah, if you get into music terms, subs produce bass, tweeters produce treble and speakers combo.

it adds this nice sound on ur songs. it makes the songs clearer. it would be worth it once you put it.

very important if you have a lot of bass and actually want to listen to whats being sung

tweeters produce, depending on the crossover used, 3500hz and above. Most vocals are below that but other instruments and symbal crashes etc is what the tweeter reproduces. Any speaker you're gonna buy will either have a built in tweeter, coaxial's, or the componenet system will have them seperate. If you dont have tweeters your gonna be mising about 17000 frequencies...

they get the high frequencies in the song and allow you to really hear it good.
