which bumper is lower?

I currently have r2 kit all around. My front bumper is worn out from scraping. I like blitz front bumper, but is it gonna be lower than my R2?

2000 GTS
BOMEX FRONT BUMPER
R2 SIDES (MOLDED-IN)

Blitz Urethane is lower AND longer then the R2 front.

Blitz US and JDM are shorter then the R2.

the R2 and Blitz Urethane compete for the largest bumpers available for the current celica model.
