butterfly removal = $0 cost and about 1/2 HP gain plus a NICE growling sound out of your engine round 3000-4000k RPM's

K&N Drop in Air filter is also good +/- $50

Grounding Kit +/- $50 (bright lights, Better Idle, lil Better tourque)

BTW mine r all performance upgrades not cosmetic grin

also painted engine plastics never hurt anyone, gives it a nice show look. (just please no green or orange!)

theres actually lots of good, cheap mods that can be done to improve your celica. i agree that cheap, engine mod, and celica should not be used together, though. s2000 antenna, painted engine plastics, painted dash, apc gauges, angel eyes, euros, voltmeters...theres lots of relatively cheap things that can make a noticeable difference in your car that do not hinder the performance of your vehicle thumbsup
