E-Celica door inserts

Does anyone know if you have completely take the door panels off to install those?? Or can I just pop the stock ones out and push those in their place?? Thnks all.

One way to attach them is to just use a flathead screwdriver or butter knife to push in the edges. A little spray adhesive might help hold it in place.
