I called at got some idiot woman on the phone.
Me "Hi, I got an email saying my billing information was wrong"
after we get the account #, name and stuff out of the way, I repeat the address to her off my bank statement.
her"Yes, we have that on file"
me"Ok, whats the problem"
her"the address is wrong"
me"I just told it to you and you said it was right"
me"uhhh, ok, so is it going to finish the transaction?"
her"...ok, I'll give it to her. Thanks for your order! click"
