I TRIED to buy rotors and pads from them, but they botched my billing information up and billed me for something and haven't shipped it, and then cancelled my order. Called them on the phone, got a run around and they asked for my work number/ employer name since my credit card was rejected for a wrong billing address. Terrible customer service, I'd NEVER buy from there again!

i generally call the company and prefer to talk to a HUMAN in those types of cases.

I called at got some idiot woman on the phone. Me "Hi, I got an email saying my billing information was wrong" after we get the account #, name and stuff out of the way, I repeat the address to her off my bank statement. her"Yes, we have that on file" me"Ok, whats the problem" her"the address is wrong" me"I just told it to you and you said it was right" her"yes" me"uhhh, ok, so is it going to finish the transaction?" her"...ok, I'll give it to her. Thanks for your order! click" lame.

well, I did call at 3:30 so maybe they were shutting down? if they don't fix this tomorrow, I won't buy stuff from them. awful service.

next time you call, throw a fit and demand to talk to the manager. If they dont let you, call back and ask again.

I talked to a manager there, and it was taken care of. It was my banks fault, but the way the employee handled it she said was inappropriate! I don't like having to talk to a manager to get good customer service, but since it was my banks fault, and not theres, I understand. No need to be rude to the customers though! Very good price on the stuff, and I will buy from there again thanks to the help I got today!

That sucks. Odd to hear it, though - they do a ton of business, and most people say they're good.
