Do you mean coil over springs, or full coil over setups that have short shocks? If your talking about full coil over suspentions, I would have to vote for Hotchkis.

dont forget Ground Control Coilovers, last friday i have my car loaded with friends, 3 at the back and 2 up front, the coilovers did well, it still runs smooth with the weight, i love ground control! thumbsup
