What do I use to clean my headlights really well, some kind of plastic polish?? what kind?

meguiar's has a clear plastic polish that works really well.

Another question on the subject... is there a way to fix scratches on the plastic lens? My passenger side headlight had a run-in with a rock that a semi threw, and has a 2 inch long scratch on it?

I use the same thing nurses use to clean ur arms before a shot and then I quickly clean it off with a microfibre cloth designed for cleaning windows
