What type of manual transmission fluid would you guys recommend for my 2000 GTS? Some say 75W90NS and others say MT90. Any ideas?

I just had it done at jiffy lube...

I have redline mt90, it rocks.

Get mt90 or anything that treats synchros since we have them.
