Hello! I recently got my first car! It's a 96 Celica. I also got some glow gauges for it, and they are very similar to the ones shown up this page. What I cannot figure out though is how to find a power source. They say that they need a 12 volt power source. Should I run wires connected directly to the battery? Also, they come with a dimmer can color changing switch. Can I somehow get rid of my old dimmer switch and use the wiring from that to power and control my new gauges? PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

just go to autozone, pep boys or watever and buy a fuse tap...plug it in and you got your power source.

wire the gauges to the parking lights, under the hood, when you turn on the head lights the gauges will turn on
