will adding these flares take up more room between the tire and the wheel well?, giving the apperance that the car is lowered? lotta snow in Michigan and wanna get the lowered look w/o lowering the ride grin

question : if you get the brs fenders. and what not. does that extend ur wheel well?!?! like do they cut the upper part of the wheel well out to mold it in, or what!? im thinkin about gettin them but the only reaosn i will if its it will take away the part. cause my tire rubs the INNER PLASTIC of my wheel well when i hit a realllllllll big bump. . .

if you are go for a nice looking ride and are adding the BRS flairs, you will most likely also be adding larger wheels... if you are adding larger wheels, you need to cut grin

i don't have flairs, but my wheels rub when I make turns and such

you just need to decide what you want your goal to be thumbsup

what im askin is I have some 18's and there is about 3 or so inches of space bet. the stock fender and the tire, by getting the New flares will that shorten the gap,? They kinda look like they come down some along with extending out too. also, can I put some spacers on my rins to bring em out some, instead of buyin new ones w/ a diff. offset? My car rides stiff enough w/o a lowering kit and kinda wanted to add the brs flares instead of dropping it

Like isaac said, if your wheel is gonna be past where the stock fender is at present, you WILL have to cut your fender. I dont think it makes the car look any lower either coz it will pretty much just take up the amount of space that you cut away from your fender... if you know wat i mean...
