"stealth" bulb.. are they supposed to look hidden? confused

What about clear or blue bulbs? Are those illegal in japan? I love the piaa bulbs I have, since my car is spec blue.. they go perfectly together thumbsup

illegal.. so we need
yellow when on
hidden when off
bulbs. we called them "Stealth" tongue

Yea I bought some Polarg Visual bulbs which are chrome when off and hyper white when on, like one of the stealth bulbs. This way you dont have any smurfed up housing when off.

Here's what i did (might be legal in japan, etc). I have a clear bulb that lights up yellowish. can't even see the bulb when it's off. just looks invisible.
