wath does "Action (xy) packed" means?

i saw two TRD mufflers and on one of them was if you have the action (xy) packed.. wath does that mean the action packed part???

the action package version is longer than the standard version, to clear the bumper! thumbsup

get the "action packed" version. it only stick out about an inch farther, and if you decide to get a body kit in the future, it will fit right in.
