hey man as far as i know they are try-n- to get one made as we speak and should be out on the market Jan.2003-March2003. If i am wrong please someone correct me. You can always build your own if you are good at fab. work. Doing it your self can save major$$$ but always a risk when going in that direcion...later

As far as I know the GT has the same engine the MR2 spider has. I`d buy a turbo kit from the spider (there are a couple). I`m sure that you have to make changes on the intake and the exhaust due they not located on the same place.
The 1zzfe engine`s 1 to 10 compressio r. seems good for turbocharging. Here you find some kits:

They`d also help you to give same advises to make the mods.
I was planning to turbo my car they were very friendly. Good luck!

The most promising seems to be kits in development from West Covina Toyota and Alpine Engineering. WC has a test car that they are using right now to make adjustments to and the like. Alpine hasn't been in contact as much with people, but have the experience with manufacturing quality turbos and are working with Toyota/TRD on the warranty. Check out nc.org's Forced Induction page for info there.
