do you guys think black lip, black mud guard and silver side will look good on a stock 03 Celica (no bodykit)?

From the way you're describing it...not really man...

or should i go with all silver and just the lip black?
or all silver plus the lip?

Might not look right with just the lip black.

I say go all silver except the mud guards. I think that the mud guards would look better if they were silver instead of black, but I also think that the stones/road debris would chip the silver paint off the guards, so I say just leave the mud guards black.

will the sides get chipped by stones?

I don't think that the sides will have a problem with stone chips, especially since the mud guards are in place. The mud guards are going to absorb the impact from pretty much all the stones that your tires kick up.
