PLEASE HELP!

Just had a custom pipe bent and installed from the header back w/ a Janspeed 7" dia. muffler and the car sounds like a GIANT LEAF BLOWER! frown The cat and res. was removed, now I've had the muffler for about 5 months and was bought off Ebay for 45 bucks. Could the muffler need replacing? maybe go to a 8", 9" ? to late to put the old pipe on, how can I get it to be deeper sounding like before? frown

the size piping you have will determin which one you should buy.what size piping do you have anyway? curious. smile

just have the muffler shop put a small glasspack where the resonator was. Shouldn't cost too much and will help the sound.
