i was curious on the easiest way to fix some cracked fiberglass. i gotta crack from the front of the skirt to about the middle of my door. is bondo the best cure for it?

No way! your gonna have to grind a groove in the crack about a 1/4 inch mix some resin with fiberglass mat and fill the crack then you can do the body work.

The best way is prolly take the skirt off and do it from the back side.

yep...
I have some chunks taken out of my front bumper that need to be filled and smoothed out...some of the paint cracked...
it's going in a couple days to get fixed.

only problem with that is its molded on, so i really dont want to do that.

What Ron said is the best way to fix the crack. Without additional resin and fiberglass, the bondo with crack again with the vibration from driving.

Well then yer only option is to do all the work on the outside, Basically what needs to be done is you'll have to expose the "raw" fiberglass to do the repair for example say you have a crack 3 feet long and about a 1/16 wide your gonna have to grind,sand or whatever an area 3 to 4 inches wide the length of the damaged area in other word's make a little deal into a big deal.



I would find a way to get behind it because your in fer a lot of work.
